About the event
Inside the Industry is an event series I produced for Union Board that brings entertainment and film professionals to campus for candid conversations about what the industry actually looks like from the inside.
I worked directly with the talent's representation to negotiate budget and logistics before pitching the event for approval. Once greenlit, I built out the full promotional campaign, campus flyering, social content, and got the talent himself to send a hype video that we pushed across channels. To drive shares, attendees who spread the word were entered into a drawing for a free meet and greet.
The Process
On the operations side, I secured the venue and coordinated five separate teams: setup, security, guest services, moderators, talent liaisons, and photography, managing credentials and access for each.
